There is a power in well-being that is often overlooked. 


Our minds are very powerful.  When we are on auto-pilot, they wander. We find ourselves thinking of past conversations, that undone task that needs our attention, what we are going to make for dinner, or simply worrying about our circumstances. 


Mindfulness is the opposite of that.  It is achievable by turning your attention to what is happening


NOW, AT THIS...MOMENT!



Mindful  Strategies to feel healthy, happy, and healthy.

  • Start from the heart

    Start from the heart, look within to uncover your hearts desires, write down words that inspire and accurately detail what you are yearning for.  

  • Set your intention

    Set your intenion; ask yourself what you want to experience more of in your life, and what will you do to invite, & co-create with the world around you to have that.

  • Check in with yourself

    Allow yourself a daily heartfelt check in starting with 10-20 minutes of breathing coupled with mindful meditation, moving into yoga. Doing this twice a day morning, and evening can reduce stress, and allow you mental clarity. Getting out to exercise is a great way to get your blood flowing, and muscles moving, walking, or joining a local gym that offers group classes can be a fantastic way to become more social and meet other likeminded individuals.

  • Perservere

    Perseverance offers the opportunity to uncover behaviors that do not serve your daily practice well, redirecting behaviors can be challenging so showing yourself daily grace is an important piece here. Coming into awareness on what you want, and what you don't want is great because it opens the door to so many possibilities. Show gratitude here and allow yourself to let those thoughts and behaviors go. This step can take time so be kind to yourself as this process unfolds.

  • Visualize

    Visualize, see yourself experiencing your hearts desire science calls this activity “encoding prospective memories” the benefits of this will be that you will choose activities that support your intentions, and you will attract people, situations, and opportunities to propel you forward.

Find Your Calm

Live mindfully, by creating peaceful internal dialog. science has shows that humans are in a current state of distraction. Our minds wander we are on autopilot thinking about past conversation, task that need our attention, what to make for dinner, or simply worrying about circumstances.



Mindfulness is the opposite of that. We can accomplish this by tuning our attention to what is happening right in the moment, it important to allow your distractive thoughts to past through without judgment and let them go.
